Prof. Jerry and Mrs. Lucy Gana had their 50th Wedding Anniversary Thanksgiving Service at St. Matthews Church Maitama, Anglican Communion, Maitama, Abuja. Many dignitaries were in attendance including a former Head of State – Gen. Yakubu Gowon, some former governors, their son Hon. Joshua Gana, a serving Member of House of Representatives, NIPR President – Dr. Ike Neliaku, Other members of their family, friends and well-wishers attended the Thanksgiving.
